Terms and Conditions

1. I acknowledge and agree that Art.Unplug! to the fullest extent permitted by law, excludes all liability for any loss, damage or other claim arising from or in any way connected to the attendance of my child/children at the Art.Unplug! art workshop, including without limitation claims relating to personal injury, or the use and publication of photographs in any media (including social media).
2. I hereby release and forever discharge Art.Unplug! from any and all liability, loss and damage (including direct, indirect and consequential) or any other claim in anyway associated with the attendance of my child/children at the Art.Unplug! art workshop.
3. I consent to sending full payment prior to my child attending the art workshop. Payment is payable through cash at class, credit card, debit card, and online banking.
4. I acknowledge that refunds will only be given with 14 days cancellation notice, minus a $10 administration fee. Bookings cancelled within the 14-day period will be indisputably non-refundable.
5. I accept that Art.Unplug! reserves the right to refuse admission to any person that presents a disciplinary problem to staff or a threat to the safety and well being of other children. Unacceptable language or bullying will under no circumstances be tolerated and will result in the child being removed from the art workshop with no refund.
6. I acknowledge that my personal information will be stored in accordance with current privacy legislation.
7. I consent to Art.Unplug!, its officers, agents, employees and proprietors taking photographs, video and digital recordings or any other visual or audio recordings of my child/children.
8. I consent to Art.Unplug! using photographs, video and digital recordings and using these in any medium, including the website, brochures or for marketing purposes.
9. Art.Unplug! reserves the right to cancel or change the timetable and pricing structure at any point in time.
10. Art.Unplug! has the right to group children in the age group they deem to be appropriate. I understand it is not always possible for children to be grouped with their friends.
11. I agree to pick my child up from the art venue on time. If I am late I agree to contact Art.Unplug with advance notice. If I am late for over 10 minutes, I agree to pay $5 per minute.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Art.Unplug! wants you to be flexible with your bookings. Please send us an email two
weeks before your booked date and we’ll handle the changes or cancellation of bookings for you.

Please note that changes made within two weeks of the booking require our approval to ensure we have enough staff and space available. We’ll always try our best to accommodate last-minute requests, but we can’t guarantee it.

Cancellation
We understand that things come up, and sometimes you might need to cancel a booking. No worries!
If you need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund as long as you let us know at least two weeks before your booked date. This helps us ensure we have enough staff and resources to keep things running smoothly for everyone.
